I’m Alice Deville – Voice speaking coach
With over 10 years’ experience as a voice and communication coach, my clients have included influential public speakers, top business executives from organisations such as Black Rock, Deloitte, JP Morgan and Google, to leading speakers from the world of medicine, world famous musicians, media stars and artists. I have coached both individuals and groups at prestigious venues including 10 Downing Street.
I began my career at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where I trained as an opera singer. Over the course of a career that saw me perform across Europe on stages from Glyndebourne to the the Royal Albert Hall, I have learned how to manage my performance anxiety and how to perform effectively and authentically, even when the pressure is on.
Throughout my career as an opera singer, I simultaneously coached voice and singing, where I honed my understanding of vocal technique and developed a finely tuned ear for voice, accent, articulation and intonation.
Furthering my training through my experiences coaching at London Speech Workshop, Culture of Learning and Minding Manners and via the practical coaching of hundreds of private clients, I have built in-depth knowledge of all areas of communication including public speaking, media training and performance of all kinds.
